The Rokide® 2 Spray Gun is engineered to project ceramic materials at high thermal mass and velocity. Unlike other systems, Rokide Spray Guns retain particles in the flame until they are completely molten, resulting in coatings with strong mechanical bonding and exceptional density. This ensures uniform coverage and excellent wear resistance, even when applying thick coatings exceeding 0.030 inches (0.8 mm).
With no loss in deposit efficiency at higher thicknesses, the Rokide® 2 is a smart choice for customers requiring durable, high-build ceramic layers.
Lightweight, Ergonomic, and Ready for Production
At just 60% the weight of earlier models, the Rokide® 2 is easier to handle during extended spray sessions or in tight spaces. A brushless motor ensures long-term reliability and accurate material feeding, while the closed-loop system maintains consistent performance across jobs.
The gun integrates seamlessly with electric-powered Rokide Spray Units, offering portability and production flexibility without compromising precision. For added safety, optional protective systems are available to safeguard spray operations in sensitive environments.
Compatible with Rokide Rods and Beyond
While optimized for Rokide Rods, the Rokide® 2 can also spray wire and Flexicord materials, expanding its utility across a wide range of coating requirements. Available rod compositions include:
