MCrAlY Spray Powders

MCrAlY spray powders are composed of nickel (Ni) or Cobalt (Co) or can be a combination of both.  They serve as the foundation for gas turbine hot section thermal spray coatings.  Praxair creates them using the industry’s most advanced vacuum induction melting/argon gas atomization (VIM/AGA) technology.  This results in high-purity, low-oxide original equipment manufacturer (OEM) approved powders.  These superior powders result in superior high temperature oxidation and corrosion resistant coatings.
