Advanced Powder Technology (APT)

Astro Alloys offers Praxair APT Powders,  which are also known as Advanced Powder Technology.  This line of APT carbide powders offer chemical homogeneity, a balance of wear and corrosion, and improved deposit efficiency.  APT carbide powders are commonly used as a hard chrome plating alternative for bearings, seals, and paper mill rolls.
